  • Only eSIM-compatible (and unlocked) handsets/devices are supported.
  • Examples of supported devices: iPhone XS / XS Max / XR (with iOS 12.1+), latest iPad Pro / iPad Air / iPad mini, and eSIM-capable Surface devices.

  • Devices locked via a carrier contract may not support our eSIM service. Always confirm with your mobile operator if your device is “unlocked.”
  1. Purchase an eSIM data package on our website. After payment, you’ll receive a QR code by email. 
  2. On iPhone/iPad: go to Settings → Cellular → Add Cellular Plan, then scan the QR code.
  3. On supported Android / other devices: use the device-specific eSIM setup method.
  4. Once the QR code is scanned and the plan is added, your mobile data will be ready to use (after enabling Data Roaming if required).

  • If you purchase the plan on the day of travel or the next day: the QR code will be sent to your email within 2 hours of placing the order.
  • If you purchase 2 or more days in advance: we send the QR code one day before the start date.

No — a QR code can only be scanned once. Once a handset scans it, the binding is established and no other phone can use that QR code.

4G/LTE service is available in most supported countries. Speed and availability depend on the country and the mobile network in that region.

Yes — to ensure you can use mobile data abroad, make sure “Data Roaming” is turned on in your device settings.
(We also recommend turning it off when not using the eSIM to avoid unintended charges.)

No — our eSIMs only provide mobile data services. Voice calls and SMS are not supported.

If you have registered as a user, you can request to resend the QR code to your e-mail.

Currently, there is no built-in data-usage monitoring on our platform.
As a workaround, you can check your device’s built-in data usage tracker (e.g. via Settings → Cellular/Mobile Data on iPhone/iPad) to estimate how much you’ve used.
We plan to add a proper data-usage tracking feature in the future.

  • Refunds can only be requested before the QR code has been sent to your email.
  • Once the QR code is issued and sent, the order is considered final and non-refundable.

No — once an eSIM plan is deleted from your device, it cannot be reinstalled. Each QR code can only be used once.

How to Set Up Your eSIM

This section echoes the same info as above but in a step-by-step “How to” format for user convenience.

  • After purchase, you’ll receive an email containing a QR code. Use a compatible device (iPhone, Android, etc.), connected to WiFi or mobile network, to download your eSIM profile.
  • For iOS: Settings → Mobile Data → Add Data Plan → Scan QR code → then follow prompts.
  • For Android (or other eSIM-enabled devices): go to Settings → Network / Mobile Network → Add SIM / Download a SIM / Add eSIM, then scan the QR code.
  • If you are unable to scan the QR code or face issues during setup (e.g. hotspot sharing fails), make sure: 
    • Your device is unlocked (not carrier-locked)
    • Data Roaming is turned on
    • VPN is off
    • eSIM is set as primary (if needed)
    • Your OS is updated to the latest version
