No — a QR code can only be scanned once. Once a handset scans it, the binding is established and no other phone can use that QR code.
4G/LTE service is available in most supported countries. Speed and availability depend on the country and the mobile network in that region.
Yes — to ensure you can use mobile data abroad, make sure “Data Roaming” is turned on in your device settings.
(We also recommend turning it off when not using the eSIM to avoid unintended charges.)
No — our eSIMs only provide mobile data services. Voice calls and SMS are not supported.
If you have registered as a user, you can request to resend the QR code to your e-mail.
Currently, there is no built-in data-usage monitoring on our platform.
As a workaround, you can check your device’s built-in data usage tracker (e.g. via Settings → Cellular/Mobile Data on iPhone/iPad) to estimate how much you’ve used.
We plan to add a proper data-usage tracking feature in the future.
No — once an eSIM plan is deleted from your device, it cannot be reinstalled. Each QR code can only be used once.
